My life as a photographer…and it is my LIFE…began when I was just a toddler helping my father develop film in our in-home dark room. My dad, who had begun his work in a photography studio as a teenager, spent countless hours explaining lighting, shutter speeds, and aperture to me. Together we explored what it takes to photograph events, animals, and even lightning. Photography has always been there and, as I’ve grown, so has my passion for photos, particularly portraits. There is nothing more rewarding than capturing a baby’s first few days of life, or a high school senior preparing for the next big chapter of his journey. As a mother of four little ones, I know just how quickly they grow up and how important it is to record as many of life’s “little moments” as possible.
I shoot Canon and primarily in natural, available light, although I am currently exploring the wonderful world of off-camera flash. I specialize in high school senior portraits, children, and families but also LOVE to photograph newborns and expectant mothers. I am located on the Main Line in Pennsylvania; an amazing place to live and work!
